What we collect, and what happens to it.
This site has one form. This page explains exactly what that form does with what you type into it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email address, and optionally a company name and phone number, along with your answers about the project and which call times suit you. Your browser also tells us your timezone, which we pre-fill so you can correct it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you about a discovery call. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Your submission is emailed to the studio and stored so a delivery failure cannot lose your enquiry. It is handled by our email provider and our hosting provider in the course of delivering it, and by nobody else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. If we end up working together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement and our records require.
Analytics
We measure page performance and aggregate traffic to keep the site fast. These measurements are anonymous and set no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will — no reason required, no forms.
