What we take care of
Hosting
Your site runs on Vercel’s global network, the same one this site runs on, and is served over HTTPS with its certificate issued and renewed for you.
Your domain
Registered in your name and renewed for you while you subscribe. It is yours: if you ever leave, you take it with you.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to us; we are told only that a payment went through.
Changes
Made for you. Email us, or reply to any email we have sent, and a designer makes the change. There is no editor to learn and nothing to break.
Cancelling
Any time, from the billing link in your welcome email. No contract, no cancellation fee, no call required.
A copy of the work
We keep your site’s files in version control, so a change can be undone and nothing is lost if a server fails.
If you cancel
- On a monthly plan, the site comes down when the subscription ends. On Website, owned, nothing changes: the site and the domain are yours regardless.
- Your domain stays yours either way. We will help you move it to wherever you go next.
- What you gave us — your contact details and your note for the designer — is kept as the privacy page describes. Ask, and we delete it.
What we do not claim
We hold no security certifications and we claim none. We have not been audited, and we do not say we have. Everything on this page is a thing we actually do; if any of it ever stops being true, this page changes first.
