Fair questions

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. The app opens on any phone from a link or a QR code, and installs to the home screen from the browser. With App + Stores it is also in the App Store and on Google Play.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes from the moment you sign up. We text and email you the link when it is ready, and you try it on your phone.

Where does it get my menu and photos?

From your Google listing: your name, photos, hours, what you sell and the look of your place. If something is missing or wrong there, tell us in the sign-up and we will use what you say instead.

Can I change things?

Anything. Prices, items, photos, the reward, the colours. Reply to the email or text us and we make the change — that is part of the monthly fee.

What does the App Store version involve?

Apple and Google require an app to be published under the business’s own developer accounts. With App + Stores we set those accounts up with you, build the store listing, and submit the app. Their fees (Apple $99 a year, Google $25 once) are paid to them.

Is there a commission on orders?

No. 0% on every order, which is the point: a delivery app takes 15–30% of each one. Payments go through your own account.

Is it really free to see?

Yes. We build it and show it to you at no cost and without a card. You pay only if you want it live for your customers, and you can stop any month.
